These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales hear disputes about them.

Draftili plugins run on your own WordPress site. They are built for WP Recipe Maker. You install them, and they run there.

Recipe Reviews is $49 a year for one site. The price auto-renews. You can cancel anytime.

Freemius is the reseller and merchant of record. It takes payment, issues licences and handles refunds. Your contract to pay is completed through Freemius checkout.

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.

You will use the plugins on a site you are allowed to change. You will not resell the plugin files, or present them as your own product.

The plugins read what they need on your site to do their job. Recipe Reviews reads approved reader reviews that are already on your recipes. It does not invent reviews.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else the law of England and Wales does not let us limit.

For other claims about the plugins, liability is limited to the fees you paid for the plugin the claim is about.

If these terms change, the Last updated line on this page will change. The terms that applied when you bought stay the terms for that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
