Freemius is the reseller and merchant of record. It takes payment, issues licences and handles refunds. Freemius processes licensing and usage data so your plugin licence can be created, renewed, cancelled or refunded.

Klaviyo processes email only when you have consented. That covers the early access list and marketing email you opt into. If you have not consented, we do not add you to marketing email.

The plugins run on your own WordPress site, with WP Recipe Maker. Recipe Reviews reads reader review data that is already on that site, so it can show an approved review. That reading happens on your site.

Render hosts this website. It processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages you request, such as the connection to the server.

Google Workspace, including Gmail, holds the james@draftili.com support mailbox. Support email is used to reply to you. We reply within 1 to 2 working days, UK time.

This website uses the Inter typeface. Next.js collects the font files from Google Fonts when the site is built, then serves those files from draftili.com. The public pages do not load a Google Fonts stylesheet in your browser.

The stylesheets we give Freemius for checkout and the Customer Portal ask the browser to load Inter from Google Fonts while you are on those Freemius pages.

Licensing, payment and refunds are processed so the contract to supply the plugin can be carried out. Support email is processed for the same reason, and so we can reply to you.

Website hosting is used because we have a legitimate interest in running draftili.com. Marketing email is sent only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by emailing james@draftili.com.

Purchase, licence and invoice records are kept for as long as your licence is active and then for 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.

Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on draftili.com.

Freemius, Klaviyo, Render and Google process data for the reasons above. We do not sell personal data.

Some of our providers (Freemius, Klaviyo, Render, Google) process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict it, or stop using it in some cases, and you can ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it.
