The problem
My blog grew, and so did the manual work.
Every new recipe brought more readers and more small jobs. Equipment lists sat empty on recipe card after recipe card. Readers saved a recipe and never came back. The most helpful reviews were buried in the comments, where a new cook would never see them. I was doing it all by hand, and the pile kept growing.
The turning point
So I built tools for my own blog.
I didn't need to chase more traffic. I needed to stop repeating the same jobs, and to make more of the visitors already arriving. So I started building small WordPress plugins for Healthy Living James. Each one does one job, and they all work with WP Recipe Maker.
